RETURNS & EXCHANGES
La Luce is happy to exchange or take back goods, just send us email to email@example.com
The following requirements are:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of you receiving them
- Goods must be in original condition with all the tags and in original packaging
- Goods must not be worn, washed or falsified
Unfortunately we can not accept any exchange or refund goods unless they meet all these requirements.
We process returns or exchanges as quickly as we can, but we do ask for 5 working days after we receive the item.
Please note that the cost incurred by you to return or exchange goods can not be replaced.
If you ask for replacement, then we will pay the delivery costs for sending it back to you.
La Luce is not responsible for the loss of goods in transit. Therefore, we recommend that you use registered post service and keep records of carriage.
Once we accept the goods, we will exchange or replace the item in full (excluding shipping costs) directly to the credit card used for the purchase or transfer to your account.
